During product launches or limited drops, processing times may be slightly extended due to high demand.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight and size

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Timeframes (Estimated)

  • UAE: 1–3 business days

  • GCC: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.

Customs & Duties

For international shipments, customs policies vary by country.
STAMPED is not responsible for delays, fees, or charges imposed by customs authorities.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
STAMPED is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in locating your shipment.

STAMPED is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and item(s).
